Though most of the Chicken dishes are known for its blend of fresh spices, this one is different and simple.This dish uses absolutely no spice powders garam masala, Chilli powder etc.

As a result, the natural flavors of the meat is highlighted. The recipe uses very few ingredients which are the key to the final taste of the dish. So it is absolutely essential to use those without substituting. This includes fennel seeds, shallots, curry leaves and dry red chilies.Spiciness can be adjusted as per your preference.

This Spicy Chicken Pepper Fry goes well with simple rasam or curd rice but with pulao too.This Chicken Pepper Fry takes only 15 to 20 minutes to cook and tastes so good when it is served hot.Also the red chilly in the fry goes very well with curd rice.
